Submit an Abstract for a Short Talk

Short talks are a key moment of Innovation Day, offering a dynamic format to present your research to a multidisciplinary audience. We welcome submissions from all BioConvS members, as well as members of the DIMs OneHealth2.0, C-BRAINS, AI4IDF, and ITAC, whose work aligns with the themes of BioConvS (see list of themes).

If your abstract is selected for a short talk, you will also be granted a poster presentation slot to encourage further discussion during the poster session.

Deadline: June 21

How to submit an abstract for a pitch?

1. Click on the menu item "Submit an abstract"

2. Select the category "short talk". All short talk submissions received after June 21 will automatically be considered for poster presentations (final poster deadline: September 30)

3. in the thematics list, select the DIM you belong to

4. Complete the form with your abstract and required information
